Returns & Exchanges

At Imbued, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
